is a musician, radio & tv personality, actor and MC, based in Gauteng,
South Africa.

Choir".
Martin's first band experience was as a first year student at Varsity. He
obtained his B.A. degree in Psychology and isiXhosa at U.P.E, now called Nelson
Mandela University.
Martin performed in many bands over the years including Final Fiction, Skin
Trade and Kinky Robot.
Kinky Robot released their debut album 'Naked' in 2010, which included their
SAMA nominated hit 'Hobie Beach', the lyrics written by Martin about his life
in his hometown of P.E.
In 2016, Martin released his first Afrikaans album, 'Vir die eerste keer'.
Since then he has been performing with his band of highly accomplished
musicians as 'Martin Bester & band'.
His energetic live shows include original Afrikaans hits like 'Lilly', 'Anders',
'Sterre' and 'Disco Damage' (with Loufie) as well as original English hits like
'Hobie Beach' and 'Forever Summer'. He also includes cover songs of bands and
artists like Bob Marley, Kings of Leon, The Weekend, Blink 182, Theuns Jordaan
and more.
Martin's music career has taken him to stages across South Africa, even The
Apolo Theatre in London.

– 16h00! Jakkie Louw (born 20 May 1979 in Oudtshoorn) is a South
African singer, songwriter and actor. He attended D.F. Malan High School,
matriculated and thereafter studied B.Com at the University of Stellenbosch. He
is known for hits such as "Drie Pikkewyne", "Bamboesbos ",
"Gemaak in SA", "Voshaarnooi" and the
"Hoendersong". On his album “Gemaak in SA” he had a big hit with "Een
miljoen woorde". He also performs with Kevin Leo under the stage name
Jakkals en Leo. Already in high school, he founded the music group Stone
Analysis with Viljoen Retief, Christiaan Wood and Colin Johnson. He started as
a musician in Stellenbosch and later moved to Pretoria. In those years he sang
hits like "Rambo die polisiehond" and "Bottel Tas". Louw is
the author of the book “Liedjieskrywer 101”, in which he teaches people how to
write songs and work with rhythm and rhyme. He dedicated the book to his
father, Nico Louw. In 2018, Jakkie launches his children's story book,
Felias en Pokkel.

studied music at TUT before stepping foot on stage in her first professional
production at The Sound Stage as a lead vocalist in Richard Loring’s “Girl Talk
2000. Practice, professionalism, raw talent and quality production are what
continue to attract fans of all ages too. “The hard work is paying off,” she
admits. “Live is where variety is key. My Barnyard background taught me that,
and I always deliver a mixed bag – something for everyone. My music works best
in live performances and that is where I’m happiest too, so the two make for a
great combination.” Her
debut’s title track, a duet with none other than Snotkop, enjoyed massive
support and the video was played so many times on YouTube that it was

dreamed from a young age of getting out of his home town and being more. In the
community he grew up in, his options were a gun or a microphone. He chose the
microphone, and began to express himself. Loufi has been making music for 10
years, 5 of those as a professional artist. In 2019 he released his hit single
Wit Skoene, which changed his life. Wit Skoene has been awarded Platinum, Boude
has been awarded Gold, as well as Gold for Baas Vannie Plaas. Loufi has won
multiple awards for his music including an Aitsa Beste Liedjtie Vannie Jaar for
Bank Rob, the Afri-Indie Award for Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year for
Plaas Toe. Loufi was nominated for a SAMA in 2023 for Best Afrikaans Album. As
an Independent Artist, his first two releases have garnered over 1,3 millions
